French Market - Yorktown Market Days

Saturday, April 17, 2021

Celebrate the spirit of the Saturday market in Port-Vendres, Yorktown's sister city since 1990, during the annual Sister Cities Yorktown French Market.

Enjoy French music, wine, and featured traditional market products such as fresh-baked bread and pastries, chocolates, macarons, crepes, and authentic beignets (just to name a few!)

Sit and enjoy the beautiful breeze while sipping on a glass of du vin in the Wine Garden, and don’t forget to place your bid in the annual Silent Auction. You’ll find some pretty amazing items for bid this year including Nancy Thomas pictures, pre-made wine baskets, 5-lb boxes of scallops, and even a couple of golf rounds.

Also back by popular demand is the Flea Market featuring vintage and repurposed collectibles. This is definitely a market you don’t want to miss. Be sure to arrive early as many of the French breads and special baked goods tend to sell out early!

The fun extends down past the market into the Riverwalk Landing restaurants. Don’t miss the delicious set-ups at Water Street Grille and inside Carrot Tree.

?Come see why we are the GOLD winner of Best Farmers Market in all of Hampton Roads for the second year in a row, by the readers of Coastal Virginia Magazine.
