Trolley & Parking
Park your car and let us do the driving! The Trolley is one of the best ways to see Historic Yorktown. Our friendly guides will give helpful information about each stop so you can focus on the scenery, the history, and where you want to have your next meal.
This FREE air-conditioned service will take you from the Yorktown Battlefield Visitor Center all the way to the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown, making several convenient stops along the way. Each trolley is ADA accessible.
March 31 - May 26 (Daily) - 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
May 27 - September 4 (Daily) - 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
September 5 - November 12 (Daily) - 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The trolley stops at nine locations approximately every 20-35 minutes.

Ample parking is available throughout town. Please obey all parking regulations by using the designated County public parking lots (i.e., Administration Building, Courthouse/Finance and York Hall) as well as the National Park Service Visitor Center parking area. Parking on the grass, side streets and other areas not marked for parking is prohibited. The parking at Riverwalk Landing is a 270-space two level parking terrace. The lower level of the terrace has a 3-hour parking limit with the upper deck being unlimited. Handicapped parking is available on the lower level of the terrace and in all other public lots.
